Cancellation Policy

We understand that somethings in life are just out of our hands, and sometimes cancellations happen. To view our cancellation policy, please read below.

Cancellation Requests 21 Days or More Before Arrival If you need to cancel your reservations 21 days or more before the first day of your reservation, you are eligible for a full refund of your payment on your tour.

Cancellation Requests Between 4 and 20 Days Before Arrival For cancellations received between 6 and 20 days before the first day of your reservation, a 50% refund of your payment on tous will be processed.

Cancellation Requests Within 3 Days of Arrival Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received within three days of your scheduled tour. We understand that last-minute changes can be challenging, but this policy helps us manage our reservations effectively.

We recommend that you carefully consider your plans and notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation. We value your business and hope to welcome you on a future visit.
